- MaintenantDéveloppement informatique Improving user experience through the analysis of data related to the services and tools offered by HPE via the HPE Portal and to the onboarding partner process. This allows us to detect actual and potential errors with the purpose of enhancing the HPE Portal usability. All this with the help of several tools used to manage databases.
I'm part of the development and presentation of the team's metrics, which have not been completely developed and optimally presented in the past. The main challenge was to compile data from different online platforms into one report. Our goal is to have a better end-to-end process quantification which will therefore help us knowing where to focus our efforts for improvement. SQL was used as the main development tool, as well as Visual Studio and Excel both as complement.
I also work on continuous process enhancements projects related to the partner onboarding process, which entails many times collaborating together with other teams.
