I optimized procurement processes for the commodity with ownership over all phases in an international environment. I led Business Award meetings with all project actors and assisted in conducting half-yearly performance meetings with suppliers. I executed a resourcing mission to resolve a poor organization of a supplier’s production activity. I also implemented Alstom’s late delivery penalty policy.
