Program Implementation Officer
- MaintenantVentes - Ensure that the Country Database is updated with the latest information received from the World Agency Commercial Underwriting, and the Country Specific Clause Library contains all necessary endorsement wordings for each territory
- Monitor translations of clauses in local language when required
- Support Wording Team in the quality control of underwriting documents
- Specify guidelines for development and/or adjustment from underwriting perspective
- Advise Sales & Account Manager on the best way to set-up programs from system & Master Agreement perspective
- Ensure continuous communication with internal customers from regions across Euler Hermes World Agency until completion of tasks
- Liaise and coordinate workflow with other teams to secure timely execution; resolve policy set up issues
- Identification of sticking points / escalation where Programs are running late
- Manage timetable for preparing system set-up for forthcoming renewal programs
- Ensure all program and policy details fully reflected on the system
- Train new team members, as well as with internal customer on a daily basis
