Graduated in Pharmacy by The University Complutense (2007, Madrid, Spain)During my PhD studies at the University Complutense (2012, Madrid, Spain), I studied vascular alterations occurring in models of diabetes and metabolic syndrome. As a researcher in the United Kingdom (from 2013, Edinburgh, U.K.), I have continued to expand my pharmacological and physiological experience to investigate the role of metabolic key proteins and their role in the cardiovascular physiology and pathology.
