Sales Coordinator
- Logistique 1. To liaise with UK Commercial Customers on a daily basis and take care of them.
2. To issue Exports-Imports quotes (FCL-LCL quotes) using CRM system, ensuring to quote every enquiry we have, always evaluating them at time of quoting.
3. Follow up UK commercial quotes by phone and email; always trying to secure the booking.
4. To chase the UK customers whom cargo may be ready to ship soon, as this may ensure us to get the shipment.
5. Work together with BDM’s to spot some potential accounts and develop them.
6. Development of accounts from scratch using available all sources/ methods.
7. Work on sales leads and cold calls in order to get new customers, offering them our services and trying to get appointments for the BDM`s to visit them to introduce our company.
8. Complete new customer process (AEO), credit checks process, etc.
9. Complete a report every week and send to our Line Manager.
10. Secure as much new commercial business as possible.
11. Participate in networks events.
