I am a highly motivated, responsible and very hardworking. I am currently a Trainee Mortgage Adviser (CeMAP 1 (Section 1) Passed. In this role I have found that it has been very rewarding and I enjoy going that extra mile to help clients. Prior to this job I worked in a debt management company for 6 years with many job roles such sales, credit control and a payments officer/accounts clerk. I have been very adaptable in my job roles and I am quick learner. I have the ability to meet deadlines and set targets. I have outstanding organisation and communication and I thoroughly enjoy speaking with people and finding solutions. I am extremely keen to learn new things whilst developing my current skills

Sending off Agreements in principle / Full Mortgage Applications. Completing all mortgage and insurance documents to be sent out to clients. Taking enquiries Dealing with insurance applications from start – Dealing with clients over the phone for any mortgage or insurance enquires throughout the whole process. Emailing and speaking to clients and lenders on a regular basis for updates making sure everyone is happy and answering any queries they have. Filing all relevant paper work, checking it is compliant ensuring important information is there and valid e.g. ID, Bank Statements, proof of address and signatures are present
