-Generally, perform analytical tests involving blood, body fluids, tissues using sophisticated procedures following SOP.
-(Allergy and breath test)
-Perform allergy test using ELISA method.
-Perform urea breath test involving carbon 13 isotope, lactose intolerance test.
-(Microbiology)
-Culture and sensitivity tests and microscopic observation to detect presence of bacteria, parasites, and virus in specimens like sputum, tissue, urine and body fluids.
-(Biochemistry and Immunology)
-Measurement of hormones, lipid profile, renal function tests, liver function tests, newborn screening, tumor markers etc. using architect 2000 machines.
-Perform daily calibrations and QC, refill reagents and washing buffers.
-(Out patient)
-Collect blood samples from patients to perform analytical tests.
-Collect blood from donors to ensure adequate blood in blood bank.
-(Haematology)
-Perform full blood count, full blood picture, erythrocyte sedimentation rate using machines.
-Manual differential count for automated blood result that are out from rule base fixed.
- Examined sample results, interpret results like thalassemia screening, malaria parasite screening and etc.
