Worked with a team of eight (8) on the Wellcome Trust Project to promote research with the aim of improving human health through nutrition and physical activity. Presented to a group of participants with heart-related issues and they were able to understand the importance of physical activity to their health.

Developed proficiency in using laboratory apparatus such as AAS machine, UV Spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl apparatus, Soxhlet extractor, Liebig condenser to gather information about food samples. Independently carried out different tests on various food and beverage products such as yoghurt, milk, chocolate, refined and virgin cooking oil, tomato purees, sardine, biscuits, Chicken. Analyzed food test results to verify the nutritional facts indicated by manufacturers using the S.O.P, checked for contaminants and used my decision-making skills to identify and finally reject failed products following the national regulatory standards.
