Language Centre Receptionist

CUSU Team Member
- The main responsibilities included: Dealing with customer enquiries at the reception desk, giving out information about CUSU and directing customers throughout the building. To ensure a high standard of service delivery is provided for all internal and external customers. To ensure that stock, cash and equipment are securely handled following established procedures and direction, including end of day reconciliations. To use the EPOS system according to procedures to include the processing of financial transactions which will include the safe handling of cash as directed and within established procedures.
CUReS Data Collation Assistant

Contribute to the development and implementation of surveys, focus groups and other such mechanisms to collect the views of students. Undertaking general and clerical duties determined by each assignment.
Language Ambassador
- MaintenantEnseignementStudent Ambassador for ROUTES INTO LANGUAGES project. Involves assisting teachers in language classes for years 9 to 11. Help students with homework, help them study for exams, practice listening and speaking in Spanish.

- EnseignementAs a student proctor, my job is to support the students' learning by assisting academic staff in a variety of learning related activities. Also, another duty is to moderate the MexCo Project forum on behalf of the Languages Department.
