Customer Facing Specialist / Export
- Chimie / Biologie / Agronomie ▪ Responsible for monitoring the orders of products for both consumer and food service industry (UFS) coming from Eastern Europe (Serbia, Moldova, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Romania);
▪ Achieved in 80% of the cases to deliver in full and on time through excellent customer service.
▪ Daily handling of SAP (for processing and generating documents and reports), CRM (for raising/ receiving and solving order-related issues) and AR Collect (for dispute resolution);
▪ Streamlining operational workflows up to 30% by drafting work procedures;
▪ Continuously working on reducing the costs for transportation by carefully organizing the deliveries and closely collaborating with the UFS department and 3PL provider;
▪ Full support, direct and indirect, for more than 30 distributors (B2B) from Romania, Serbia and Moldova;
▪ Preparing documentation for the export of the goods ordered outside the European Union and constant liaising with the Customs Clearance Clerk;
▪ Continuous collaboration with the Romanian authorities (Phytosanitary Office, National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority) to obtain the necessary certificates for the export of food products;
▪ Participating at the month-end closing by creating billing documents, organizing the deliveries of the billed orders and aligning with other departments: finance, UFS and transport & logistics;
