Brand Manager
- Marketing Responsibilities:
Responsible for ultra prestige fragrance portfolio (Chloè, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, Balenciaga) & the make up brand Calvin Klein ck one color cosmetics
Take strategic responsibilities by nourishing and protecting brands equity through development and execution of local Marketing plans focusing on Media, in-store visibility & consumer engagement programs
Hold full responsibility of a total annual Marketing budget of €1m – ATL/ BTL, closely monitoring monthly expenses
Propose and develop local pricing policy plan, trade promotional plan and competition monitoring for the relevant brands
Own the brands’ P&L and deliver results focusing on net sales, gross margin and brand contribution
Understand and monitor market trends and dynamics in order to identify opportunities and advantages that will heighten the status and awareness of the brands
Conduct pre-launch analysis and post-launch performance evaluation on product launches and promotions, respecting sell-in & sell -out targets
Liaise with the Trade Marketing to ensure brand merchandising strategies are upheld
Work closely with Demand Planning in order to generate accurate volume forecasts
Collaborate with an external PR agency, participating in setting up plans and ensuring brand communication strategies are realized.
Assist effectively in the marketing plan implementation for Lancaster (Skincare & Suncare)
Communicate and build strong working relationships with the Global Marketing Departments, external suppliers & Sales
