- Infra / Réseaux / Télécoms TangerMed Sea Port Project: supply, installation and integration of a large securitysystem based on the highest international standards including video surveillance, video analytics, perimeter intrusion detection, command & control centers, access control and optical character recognition, safety management system, vessel traffic system, scanner, TETRA network, workforce management system, sound dubbing, overall management softwareall interconnected trough a large IP backbone.
● Verify roll out implementation against engineering design.
● Manage team of integration, verification and validation engineers.
● Prepare tests planning and follow tests progress, coaching and mentoring along the way.
● Provide technical support, and solve problems for standard or specialized systems.
● Manage customer problems and preferences promptly and appropriately, and escalate issues according to established procedures.
● Generating progress reports and ensuring the success of all tests on completion.
● Lifting contractual acceptance reservations (caveats).
● Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
● Monitoring support procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities.
● Supporting business development and bid response activities.
