Hitting quarterly targets set by the management.
Developed communication skills on a daily basis by speaking with and screening potential candidates based on their CVs.
Developing strong client relationships in various pharmacy departments in the NHS and private hospitals from cold and warm calls daily.
Building strong candidate relationships and trust by providing jobs and vacancies for potential candidates and ensuring they get paid weekly.
Negotiating pay and benefits with both clients and candidates on a weekly basis.
Acting as the middleman between the pharmacist and client in the pharmacy department.
Sorting accommodation if needed for candidates that have gotten a job offer.
Organizational skills from using Word and Excel to store all data from candidates and clients.
Using Prezzi and PowerPoint for work presentations and projects
