Personal Assistant to CEO & CFO
- Administration - Supporting CFO & CEO (German & Turkish citizens) for their all administrative needs;
- Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for both executives (CFO & CEO);
- Visas and accommodation (for all management team members from abroad); Communication with hotels, taxi companies, travel agencies, event agencies;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Creating and developing visual presentations; compiling and distributing minutes and reports;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Organization of corporate events for management team;
- Maintaining confidential and non-routine information; producing internal memos & circular letters.
