- Energie / Matériaux / Mécanique Responsible for the justification (Business Case), planning and upgrading the end to end RS IT estate from In-House to Integrated Cloud providing the infrastructure and transactional evolution supporting S4/ HANA migration. Accountable for establishing a Program PMO, defining and managing 11 project streams: –
• Business Case & Benefit Realisation stream,
• Infrastructure & Environment Build, Website re- design - for Cloud deployment
• Middle Office integration layer,
• Back Office SAP ERP/CRM Apps (FI/CO) from ECC to S4/HANA Cloud
• BI/BW/AWS Data warehouse & HANA in- frastructure,
• SAP/JAVA/MQ Upgrades,
• Logistics and Automated Warehouse solution (JDA integration),
• Asset Management to FICO,
• Migration and Cutover sequencing,
• Organisation Change Management (OCM)
• Global SAP ERP Rollout costing and planning
and gaining executive approval for the implementation Budget of £18m covering a 12 Month plan using eight distributed 3rd party suppliers and SME's.
TheProgramconsistedof integratedprojectstreamseachwith5phases-3wereWaterfall,4Agileand4 hybrid. The project resourcing was completely outsourced to third party companies managing off shore and shared resources teams - As a result of meticulous planning the projects 350+ components success- fully went live at the cutover planned for Easter 2017 on budget, on time and on scope. All Program objectives have been met.
