For instance, Headcount, Expenses, Capacity Analysis, Conversion Cost and Materials Variances, are on regularly basis reviewed side with director and manager in order to keep under control therefore under projected budget. These roles boosted my ability to work in SAP.
As Continuous Improvement bar soaps standard leader, I have been responsible for assure and do follow-up regarding methods and tools from all CI groups in the focus, furthermore control soap manufacturing process through Minitab, Excel, In Touch Screen and SAP in order to improve process control and stability therefore to deal with critical environment, enhanced not only my ability to critical and strategic analysis but also leadership skills.
Participating and doing presentations regarding all Factory, Performance and Reliably Global conference call with all facility team. Do the annual budget review; Prepare and participate of presentations to Global team regarding budget and focus strategic overview results.
At Colgate I realized that there is so much to learn and we need to keep open-minded, be humble and to have success we need work hard, have perseverance, study, sacrifice, love and get your own way to always be self-motivated and willpower.
