Process Analyst
- Ventes Responsible for develop projects, which help the Bank to reduce cost, by developing and optimising process, creating new working methods in each department and analysing information.
Duties:
• Working with multiples department of the Bank to develop projects, which face several problems of the bank.
• Conducting disciplinary optimization projects.
• Responding all requirements of data analysis.
• Ensuring the efficient of new methodologies proposals.
• Conducting and comparing Benckmarketing.
• Analysing the information require to develop new methods and indicators.
• Reengineering and reduce department costs and analysing workload.
Finally, I was selected to help the migration of the core banking, where I had to analyse the compatibility of each process in the old care to be migrated.
