-Observing how PB dialing is done with all the Personal Bankers of Santander University branches in the region. This included the coverage of actions carried forward from last week: (NEO,PEP,Inspire Usage,Competence Activity, Insight, NEOCRM, Diaries)
-Observing how Personal Bank Pack is organized.
-Preparation of Work Skills Programme Presentation on Banking in a digital world.
