I joined Marks and Spencer’s in October 2012. This is a customer facing role which involves being the main representative for Marks and Spencer’s Food Store in Coatbridge. This store also takes order and deliveries of all other Marks and Spencer products which is within my responsibilities. I provide customers with support and assistance in billing issues, complaints and service questions. I man the Customer Service Desk taking telephone calls and questions from customers. I am familiar with all Marks and Spencer products, policies and the proper method for the resolution of problems that customers have with the product or services. I enjoy providing excellent customer service to the public.
