Sales & Marketing Manager
- MaintenantVentes Sales:
- Managing a team of three people and a network of two
subsidiaries, ten distributors and fifteen sales agents
worldwide.
- Devising of annual sales targets per each country, tools and
strategies in order to achieve them.
- Market analysis and mapping of prospects and actual
customers.
- 4 months stay in the US working c/o the company's
subsidiary in Charlotte, NC, supporting the US sales director
throughout the process of corporate and management
restructuring.
Marketing:
- Development of the marketing strategy.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material.
- Recruiting of international riders and negotiation of sponsorship
contracts.
