Managerial positions & accountabilities: a. Head of the Bancassurance business, in Greece and Cyprus (reporting directly to Members of the Board of Directors of Allianz Greece). Accountable for a Total Insurance portfolio of € 40.000.000 of Annual Premiums, with the following specific responsibilities: - Liaison with the collaborating Banks for developing Solutions, Products (bundled and stand-alone) and Offers for end -retail banking- customers (Bancassurance portfolio with HSBC in Greece and Cooperative Central Bank in Cyprus). - Cooperating and interacting with all the relative Allianz' Departments (IT, Life and Health, Property and Casualty) in order to Design, Implement and Deliver Bancassurance products and relevant perational Processes, ensuring that SLAs/OLAs/Processes are valid and followed by all counterparties. - Train and mobilize the sales force (Banks’ employees) in order to achieve the productive goals and sales. - Design and implement marketing and promotional activities, as well as sales campaigns concerning (Bancassurance) products. Main Achievements: Between 2008 – 2014: I supervised the development of Bancassurance Department (literally) from scratch. Annual Growth of Bancassurance premiums: + 14% (from nearly € 3 mil. in 2008 to € 5.5 mil. in 2014)
