Events Production Assistant
- Evénementiel Assist with the day to day coordination and planning of the event programme including:
- respond to events enquiries by phone and email;
- securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
- coordinating location management, caterers, contractors and subcontractors;
- preparing delegate packs and papers;
- supervision of defined aspects of an event to manage safety for customer service;
- attending meetings and then write meeting memo and send it to the persons involved;
- welcome visitors to the office and take messages where is necessary;
- report all facility or equipment problems to the superior;
- preparation of post event reports.
One of the most challenging events ended in December 2015 and during 7 weekends in 56 cities including Bucharest it was hosted the event "Start - a quality life in safe", where every weekend I had to handle the duties above for 8 cities ( in each I had to organize the conference day and the concert or event day).
