I am CIKURU MASHEKA Léon from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and as an Agronomist, I have a large experience in conducting developpement project in my region of South Kivu. I have also expenrience with internation NGO such IITA where I actually work as a Field officer. I would like to work with UNICEf every where and I am ready to give my modest contribution to the important work which is being done by your organisation in the word. I am maried with 4 children. I have a passion to the poor people, children and I have experience on working with youth and women and in the gender issue.

Assist the program manager in the implementation of food security activities with grassroots groups throughout the project's scope - Follow the awareness-raising sessions and train the field facilitators in applying the psychosocial method and respecting the gender approach in the groups. - Analyze the household agro-pastoral input requirements and their distributions and develop the terms of reference and the tender to be submitted to the Directorate - Organize the PRA and household surveys for baseline data, follow-up, evaluations and final and comparative analysis of data - Compile, analyze and produce periodic reports (semi-annual, annual and final) - Participate in the food security cluster - Maintain contact and represent the organization to the local chiefs (politico-administrative, military and religious) - Monitoring the implementation of the psychosocial method among beneficiaries and respect for gender in households during follow-up - To organize regular meetings of effects and impacts and to centralize the conclusions to be inserted in the reports - Suggest to the program manager adjustments to the timetable and / or themes, - Develop the partnership and participate in the advocacy actions of the OLAME CENTER - Convening and facilitating the various team meetings of the project periodically
