I have been a trainee at the Italian country desk Communication office at ESRIN (Frascati) working on the online communication campaign of the mission of the ESA Italian Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti on board the International Space Station. I worked as a summer trainee at the Italian country desk Communication Office under an agreement between my Uni¬versity (SISSA) and ESA. During the traineeship, I started working on designing and implementing a beta version of the website for the communi-cation of the then upcoming mission of the ESA Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti.

I went for one month to Piabetà, a rural area in Brasil near Rio de Janeiro with a non-profit organization that helps coordinating a school for children of the village and coordinates a campaign of long distance adoptions from Italy in order to make possible for the children there to go to school.
