- MaintenantMain achievements:  Building the HR operational model for admin and payroll activities, in a very unstructured environment, with limited technical and human resources and transforming a very difficult project in a success story;  Re-designing all HR processes and procedures together with and based on implementation of a new HR admin tool (Success Factor) during 3 months;  Building an exceptional team very engaged and willing to learn continuously, to improve its performance for which I received an outstanding feedback from the stake holders and the clients;  Designing and implementing specific SLAs and KPIs matrix for monitoring the performance in a very detailed way, to offer more visibility and transparency on the HR activities.
