Administration• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for drivers utilizing Google maps.
• Type documents such as correspondence and excel reports.
• Maintain and retrieve administrative files in a systematic order utilizing Google Suite, Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, and other computer databases.
• Arrange air travel for dogs/cats being rescued domestically and internationally.
• Assist manager and director with price quotes and promotional discounts for customers.
• Respond to all incoming email transportation request on a daily basis.
