Industrial Engineering Manager
- MaintenantEnergie / Matériaux / Mécanique • Long and short term plant capacity and resource planning. (Headcount, Investment, Production, Inventory Level...etc.)
• Determine improvement potentials in manufacturing areas, set up teams to come up with solid projects out of potentials. (Mixing, curing, calendering, cutting, Tire assembly, final finish, warehouse)
• Create investment & production alternatives according to company strategy. Study feasibility for alternatives
• Advise board of directors about production & investment alternatives.
• Prepare and present budget & midterm plans/targets of technical offices to executive committee
• New plant design and investment.
• Monitor and analyze performance of plant, in terms of production, cost, scrap, machine utilization and other KPIs.
• Analyze the variance between budgeted targets and actual achievements, identify root causes for gaps.
• Prepare and optimize the plant lay-out. Decide future actions related with layout.
• Define production standards, design follow up methods to prevent backsliding. (Standard times, downtime, crew size …)
• Identify gaps in future technology and capacity, initiate adequate counter measures proactively.
• Determine bottleneck areas.Prepare improvement or investment alternatives.Decide necessary machine park changes.
•Manage projects related with, productivity up, new investment, new technology expansion projects.
•Support accounting related operations for unit cost calculations.
•Support Strategic Management & Marketing departments about decisions related production. (New technology, localization projects, product release)
