HRIS & DQC assistant
- RH / Formation • Participate in all stages to implement T&A tool in France.
• Participate in the workshops, UAT, hyper care & contribute training teams to implement Success Factors (CoreHR, Learning and recruitment)
• Process employee requests related to HRIS (Tickets ServiceNOW) with arguments based HR (Payroll rules, days off law…) in order to higher customer satisfaction
• Analyze and solve HRIS issues (SuccessFactors, WorkForce, PexNGA ...) under the responsibility of HRIS Consultants. With Excel & VBA, Filezilla, Notepad++, ... skills
• Daily interfaces between tools
• Create, operate and manage a sharepoint site
