Junior Project Manager & Assistant Quality Assurance

Monitoring four projects at different stage of their life cycle. All were about the implementation of a new automatic claim process in Japan, Columbia, Italia and Czech Republic. I was in direct contact with each project team, working as corporate project manager.
Management of a project that was about updating MEGA software used by all employees in France.
As Assistant Quality Assurance working on project management methodology:
Review and improvement of key deliverables used in project life cycle by Project Managers. The amount of deliverables was too high for a clear understanding of the different phases of a project for new Project Management. A distinction between mandatory and nun-mandatory deliverables
was made to simplify the whole process.
Proposition of a tool used by new Project Managers to help them to comprehend Cardif project management methodology and use efficiently the deliverables they need regarding their project.
