Purchasing Engineer
- Energie / Matériaux / Mécanique -Develop, implement and manage purchasing Strategies, Tools and Processes to meet Cost Saving, Quality, HSE and Sustainability objectives.
-Participate in Tender, negotiations (with Customers and Suppliers) and execute tender in the implementation phase of projects.
-Support customer needs by providing answers/recommendations to the sales inquiries.
-Actively involved in product development/manufacturing process taking cost reduction measures (cost design, costing standardization, key data, etc.)
-Allocate, evaluate, monitor and qualify suppliers with proper Audits.
- Negotiate the purchases and define the conditions of the order, delivery, payment etc. Establish a purchase contract taking all the necessary technical, economic and legal guarantees.
-The implication of monthly performance reviews and reports focused on overall procurement requirements.
