Inspecteur de Qualité/ Quality Inspector

Job description

Description:

· Inspecte les travaux d’aménagement de cabine en cours et achevés.
· Tous les papiers qui y sont reliés – approbation du MO, identification, rejection (NCR) Effectue des tâches administratives
· Utilise les logiciels M3 et Microsoft Office.
· Interprète les dessins techniques.
· Vérifie les dimensions, inspecte les collages, réalise les FAI.
· Inspecte les contreplaqués et les finitions.

Exigences minimales

· 2 à 3 d'expérience en industrie aérospatiale.
· Une année d'expérience de travail associée à la production chez Zodiac Aerospace.
· Six mois à un an d'expérience en assurance et contrôle de la qualité.

Description:

· Inspection of cabinets during in-process & at final stage
· All paperwork associated - approval of MO, identification, rejection (NCR) Squawk and delivery documentation creation
· M3 Functions, Microsoft applications
· Blue print (drawing) reading
· Inspection of dimensions, bonded structure, First Article Inspection and validation
· Inspection of veneer and finish products

Minimum Requirements:

· 2-3 Years in the aerospace industry
· 1 year within Zodiac Aerospace and working closely with Production
· 6 Months-1 year in quality assurance / control
