Position and Main Tasks

The position reports hierarchically to the Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Monitors Decorative Technology innovation in link with R&T projects

Supports operational excellence of composites’ decor related activities standards

Contributes to M&P standards

Writes the Manufacturing manual of the branch for composites decorative processes

Support Procurement of Decorative film (costing and suppliers’ evaluation)

Defines, maintains and deploys decorative Process (General Instructions) & tooling standards

Manages Prototype execution

Supports BUs developments & production through functional links with Industrialization engineers & Manufacturing engineers

Supports the Tunisia & Mexico Plants

Assists new programmes industrialization teams

Contributes to design handbook (esp. Process choices & Costing analysis)

Applicant’s profile and qualifications

Engineering degree

The candidate should have a significant experience of manufacturing engineering in the Composite decorative area ideally in Aeronautics.

The candidate should have strong management experience and be well versed in corporate processes and systems. Transformation or turnaround experience necessary.

Excellent command of English, ideally with an experience of the French, UK and / or US cultures.

The candidate should be result driven, an action oriented self-starter, familiar with matrix environments and able to share vision, purpose and customer focus. He/She should be resilient and emotionally stable.

Experience in a similar sized business or SME

Proven track record talent and collaborative management

Ambitious and driven, the individual should understand, and be able to apply, corporate processes in a group environment
