Basé(e) à Plaisir, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Direction RH de labranche Sièges qui conçoit, certifie et assemble des produits innovants pour toutes les classes (Eco à Première), personnalisables et à forte valeur ajoutée.

Missions

· Réalisation de benchmarks externes et internes
· Réalisation d’études ponctuelles selon les besoins (analyse de la distribution de la performance post entretiens annuels, etc.)
· Calcul des packages de mobilité, établissement de convention de mutation, etc.
· Déploiement, mise à jour et harmonisation de la classification interne
· Participer au projet d’harmonisation de la structure de rémunération et épargne salariale
· Gestion logistique de la mobilité : visa, déménagement, etc.
· Suivi du tableau de bord de la mobilité internationale (expatriation, détachement, localisation)
· Participation au process de déploiement de revue salariale annuelle
· Etre en support aux autres projets C&B Groupe

Profil

De formation supérieure Bac +4/5 avec une spécialisation RH, vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines, idéalement en C&B.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Power Point) et parlez anglais couramment.

Votre goût pour les chiffres, votre aisance relationnelle et votre rigueur seront des atouts indispensables pour mener à bien vos missions.
