The stylists of our Curated Shopping service – Zalon by Zalando – roll out their fashion talent completely and surprise our customers with individual outfits that are trendy and radiate fashion-consciousness . Our aim is to delight our customers with this service and share our love for fashion and beautiful outfits. Turn your passion into your profession and make our customers happy – we are looking for you as a freelance stylist!

As an independent customer consultant you will search through our versatile and broad Zalando online catalog, always looking for suitable clothes, shoes and accessories for your costumers. Thereby you will be able to plan your own time and have the possibility to extend your own fashion business!

 

Your Challenge

·  You will work as an online stylist for our customers and give them personal styling advice combining both empathy and fashion expertise
·  You will know exactly which outfit fits whom
·  You will work remotely and therefore will be in contact with your customers via E-Mail and also via phone
·  Thanks to your friendliness and commitment it will be easy for you to connect with the customers and to satisfy their needs thus creating a relationship that translates to them always coming to you for styling questions and fashion advice
·  You will share your passion for fashion and trends and create the perfect outfit! 

 

What you've got

·  You have fashion competence and sales awareness and these two things combined are two of your most important competencies
·  Ideally apart from this you have a professional education/ degree in fashion and/ or you have already worked in sales
·  As a passionate „Online Shopper“ you wander through the world of fashion blogs, social networks, Instagram and online shops
·  Thanks to your extraordinary ability to “put yourself into yours customers shoes” you know exactly how others imagine their perfect outfit and you have fun styling and consulting them accordingly
·  You work independently as a Freelancer (self-employed) or you have your own company, or are in the midst of setting one up
·  You possess your own computer and internet access which you can use for your work
·  You have excellent linguistic skills in spoken and written Dutch
·  With a convincing picture of your Look of the day you can additionally surprise and win us over
