One of our clients is recruiting for several customer service positions in Lisbon. The client is an expert in customer service providing companies around the world with customer care, technical support and much more (for example: ASOS, Netflix, Expedia, Zalando and more...).
Your missions will be to:
- Act as the first point of contact for French clients
- Handle inquiries and provide support through inbound calls, email or chat applications
- Provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service, using the right tools
- Input data and manage the information related to customers

Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat required
- French Native Speakers
- Experience in Contact Center or in sales will be an added value
