Mission:
As member of the facility department:
Prepare and follow up requested projects;
Make sure projects fit in the big picture (for Brussels as for the group)
Elaborate several proposals to improve the GPTW.
Main responsabilities:
Plan the project
Define the scope of the project(s) in collaboration with requestor and facility manager
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project(s)
Develop a schedule for project completion
Review the project schedule with facility manager and all other staff (incl. purchase department) that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Implement the project
Execute the project(s) according to the project plan
Monitor the progress of the project(s) and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Evaluate the project(s)
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Profil:
