Poste et missions:
Part of the Worldline finance team, you take over controlling activities within the team of Reporting and processes
Performance monitoring and analysis
- Update of financial data for Finance tools
- Gap analysis during monthly closing vs objectives,
Staffing plan control and monitoring of staff
- Analysis and control of the cost base
- KPIs reporting to Management, Workers Council, controlling team
- Introduction / development and support of processes within finance team
Transversal projects
- Support of finance team and business lines in all Finance
questions
- Improvement of processes, tools and reporting
systems (Diagnosis, recommendations…)
- Involvement in the Finance Team transversal projects
(purchasing, legal, tax, accounting..)
Profil:
Completed business studies with focus on
controlling. Four-year degree from a credited
institution. Graduate degree preferred
- Finance basics acumen
- German & English working proficiency
- Good knowledge of excel, SAP – Nessie, BI
- Excellent analytical skills, structure and self
- driven, able to manage priorities and observe
deadline, reliable
