The Role

Job Summary
Responsible for business development with accountability for the management of a dedicated Pipeline of prospects. The new associate will develop Willis Towers Watson relationships within assigned prospects and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects into new clients.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Relationship Management

·  Understand the prospects’ business and needs
·  Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within prospects, establish and maintain active relationships with these people
·  Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required
·  Identify strategies to deliver risk management and human capital needs through the provision of unrivalled solutions
·  Liaise with prospects and build strong relationships
·  Facilitates the transition of relationships to others as appropriate and takes on new client and/or prospect relationships
·  Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the Business Unit and across the Group for prospects as required


Business Development

·  Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs), new business presentations, accurately maintaining Willis Towers Watson CRM database in order to create and convert sales opportunities
·  Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
·  Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on selling opportunities
·  Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by Willis Towers Watson
·  Networking – internally with other Business Units, within the sector, and with external specialists (lawyers, third party administrators, insurers)

Project Management

·  Develops practical solutions and prioritizes tasks
·  Coordinates with others within and across business areas/functions to build effective working relationships and achieve results
·  Identifies key stakeholders and obtains their support and advice for planning and controlling the project

Other

·  Support the overall operational governance and decision making process for the Business Unit
·  Support management and Willis Towers Watson in the management of risks applicable to the Business Unit
·  Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility
·  Maintain relevant qualifications required for the role

The Requirements

We are looking for a young talent with the following characteristics:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field
·  3-5 Years of working experience, within Sales
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office
·  Fluent in English
·  Passionate of both Risk Management and Insurance solutions in order to deal effectively with prospect and Willis Towers Watson needs
·  Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
·  Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with prospects, associates and external specialists
·  Practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools (e.g. CRM)
·  Integrity and credibility
