Role Summary


As an HR Portal Migration Seller, you will play a lead role in working with our HR Portal clients to effectively migrate from their current platform to the latest Willis Towers Watson HR Portal Software platform. You will develop deep relationships with our existing clients using HR Portal software. Migration to the latest release of portal software opens an opportunity to re-vision the online experience and leverage new ways to engage and elevate the connection to global talent and rewards topics across the entire organization. Your focus will be on exploring how to effectively elevate the use of software in collaboration with other experts in communication, change, benefits, software, and more, and position clients for success with our software for the coming years.


Role Details

·  Engage directly with existing software clients to demonstrate the value of Willis Towers Watson HR Portal Software
·  Collaborate with internal parties to create a compelling advisory plus data plus software position, working in partnership with the North America Talent Software Sales Lead and HR Portal Software Product Sales Lead
·  Achieve or exceed the software sales life-cycle target, effectively managing the sales process from inception to closing opportunities
·  Foster a collaborative working environment amongst multiple internal parties including global software and consulting leaders
·  Contribute to global sales initiatives and strategic planning
·  Provide a “voice of the client” to the Product, Delivery and Support organizations.
·  Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reporting

Qualifications

·  Demonstrated individual success leading software sales for large, complex clients
·  Track record of collaboration, process excellence, and innovation
·  Ability to travel up to 60% within the Americas region
·  Commitment to embrace the vision of Professional Excellence, such that client view Willis Towers Watson as trusted advisors who consistently provide the highest quality work products and service delivery experience
