The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is the interface between Wiko and its foreign based logistical, commercial, communication and marketing subsidiaries, suppliers and clients based in West Africa.
The individual performs, from the headquarters of Wiko (Marseille), monitoring and supporting sales, aftersales marketing and logistic operations.

Responsibilities are to :

Sales:
- Ensure a smooth and effective communication channel with distributors to monitors stocks, and sales reporting;
- Sell in and sell trough reporting;
- Centralise information on the development of sales channels;
- Forecast and discount program impact analysis;
- Communicate smoothly and efficiently with the international subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, freight shippers, wholesaler and warehouse logistics platform.

Aftersales:
- Manage orders of products demanded by foreign subsidiaries;
- Analyze the sales data for foreign subsidiaries and distributors;
- Monitor SWAP logistics management, orders and spare parts.

Marketing:
- Send different media sales support, such as product details, visual merchandising;
- Prepare promotional event requests and marketing development plan;
- Keep up to date the Marketing development plan as well as monitors the marketing budget;
- Ship promotional items, mock devices (for customer exhibition) safety locks, etc.

Logistics:
- Ensure compliance documentation, logistics, product;
- Bring the documentary package to send to the bank for receipt of goods;
- Supervise the goods shipment approval;
- Establish the necessary documents for clearance of goods;
- Follow up the goods until delivery;
- Anticipate the need for control of foreign subsidiaries in connection with the production.

Profil recherché

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, including with Arabic countries area.
You are graduated with a Bachelor´s degree level, for example in Business Administration or similar.
You are fluent in English and are able to read and understand the Arabic language.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft and Excel is required
You have knowledge of import- export / international trade,
Commercially driven and passionate about what you do, you are organized, and able to prioritize.}
