Work Location: Rayong
Responsible for achieving individual sales targets within the defined territory. Sales targets include, new parts sales, soft products and services, therefore providing the customer with a “Total Solutions” approach.
· Analyse and Plan for Customer Management
· Plan Sales Visit
· Promote Sales Campaign for parts sales
· Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
· Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur, using sales toolkit
· Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger
· Assist customers in coordinating with Dealers and Accounting, handling customer
complaints, concerns, etc. and make sure the issue or problem is followed for customer
· Bachelor degree or higher in Business administration /Marketing or other related fields
· Minimum 3 years experiences in automotive parts sales
· Background in inventory or workshop management is preferable
· Initiative with strong conceptual thinking
· Good service mind, customer oriented
· Product knowledge; Volvo and UD
· Excellent coordination, convincing, and negotiation skills
