Position Description

Purpose of Position

The purpose of this position is to deliver Truck Sales Process learning solutions to the North American Mack and Volvo dealer network and provide learning support for ongoing system enhancement and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities
·  Collaborate with corporate stakeholder organizations to fully understand commercial business goals, objectives, key projects, and performance challenges
·  Collaborate with dealer stakeholders to identify gaps and training needs
·  Collaborate with the Sales Competence Development team, brand stakeholders and the Process & IT Runtime Organization to develop TSP curriculum
·  Collaborate with the Sales Competence Development team to ensure that the offering is of the highest quality, relevant, impactful and cost effective
·  Facilitate instructor-led training solutions to initially anchor implementation and adoption of the Truck Sales Process (TSP) and related systems, business practices and procedures
·  Provide ongoing training to establish, reinforce and sustain the defined sales competencies
·  Develop expert level competency in Mack Trucks' and Volvo Trucks' Sales Process, Systems and related business practices and procedures
·  Maintain the Academy course catalogue and required competencies for assigned job roles
·  Facilitate training courses in alignment with corporate communication and brand policies, guidelines, strategies, imaging and messaging in order to drive the ultimate Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks dealer experience
·  Actively pursue learning activities in training and education that improve product knowledge, presentation and facilitation skills. Participate in industry conferences, exhibits, dealer meetings and other commercial activities with the goal of expanding industry knowledge and understanding of all activities and functions throughout the sales channel. ·  ASTD Master Trainer certification or equivalent Other Requirements
·  Frequent travel required- domestic
