Job description
The Performance Analyst will work with various departments within Logistics and Commercial organization to monitor the delivery performance in order to give a maximum satisfaction to customers.
1. Follow up the delivery with the procurement team centralized in Singapore
2. Assume the single point contact between Customer Care Center and Vendors.
3. Report the performance indicators
Work out action plan with other departments to improve the delivery performance.
A- Follow up delivery
1. Lead daily meeting with Procurement
2. Ensure all stock availability indicators are update
3. Provide information about leadtime, estimate time arrival to Order Management team
B – Performance Management
1. Collect information from various teams (Customs Clearance, Transport, Finance)
2. Ensure data are all consistent; data being all updated in the right templates
3. Make sure stock discrepancies are properly analyzed and adjustments correctly performed.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Business Administration or relevant majors
Working Experience:
At least 3 years experience in customer service and order processing in foreign company
Business Understanding:
SAP knowledge is a plus
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical mindset
Detail-oriented is a must
Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure
Have strong communication skills (both in writing and speaking Vietnamese and English)
Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit, customer-oriented are required
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel), etc.
