Poste et missions:
Under the responsibility of the Greek Management and the Global Sales Manager and daily managed by the Sales Manager of the Greek unit, the bidding engineer participates to the implementation of the following tasks in order to book EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services contracts.
The candidate also will have to follow the procedures and the guidelines provided for by the local company, which fall under the Laws of the Country and are in accordance with the ISO (QMS & EMS) and OHSAS processes that are implemented and respected by the local Team.
For the projects selected by the local Sales Manager, identification of the customers’ drivers ;
Tender documents analysis and preparation of the commercial and technical offer summary. Coordination of the of the different stakeholders (Engineering department, procurement, bidding department, etc.. ) involved in the offer submission;
Participation to the clarification meetings with the Customer during the offer preparation;
Identification of the possible subcontractors for the execution of the on-shore services;
Participation to the technical and commercial offers for the operation and maintenance services:
Participation to the subcontractor’s offers analysis, elaboration of the comparison/alignment tables and support to the procurement department;
Benchmark of the EPC market in Greece from different available sources (Marketing Customers, Subcontractors);
Offers commercial follow-up, participation to the clarification meetings and support to the EPC contract negotiation ;
Profil:
General Engineer degree with specialization in mechanic or electricity.
Additional training in renewables would be a plus.
Fluent English is a must, Greek would be a plus.
