Technical Service Implementation of Enterprise Fixed Services projects of Vodafone Spain
· Lead the implementation of the Fixed DSL ,Direct Access and Non Direct Services
· Technical Escalation for the implementation ServiceDelivery
· Develop and maintain Technical Learning Paths for the team
· Conduct a bootcamp for new comers and responsible for new onboardings , and Responsible for delivery any newproduct to the Fixed Service Delivery Team:
· Follow up and ensure that all handled orders are being monitoring in terms of the targeted service KPI’s: SL, AHT, received calls, and dropped calls, etc.
· Knowledge of fixed network solutions (3-5 Years).
· Experience in Leased Line Management with Service Providers .Preferable Spain Carriers
· Experience in managing international projects related to fixed telephony (preferable with Spanish companies).
· Technical degree (preferable in Telecommunications) or higher.
