You join the VINCI Construction International Network's HR team (VCIN) and you participate in recruitments and HR projects management.

Your missions are:

Recruitment (internship, apprenticeship and “VIE”):

·  Work closely with hiring managers in requirement definition
·  Write the job offers and post them on job boards
·  Manage initial phone interviews and face-to-face interviews
·  Be responsible for new joiner’s induction and for the administrative follow-up.
·  You recruit temporary worker (intérimaire) (definition of need, interviews, pay proposal) and Graduates profiles (Permanent or fixed-term contracts).

Follow-up of trainees, apprenticeships, VIEs and temporary workers:

·  Lead the new joiner’s welcome process with the managers
·  Monitor contractual deadlines
·  Regular exchanges with our partner Business France for VIE (visa, contract, etc.)
·  Manage of invoices

HR Projects:

You participate in the deployment of our International Graduate Program "Broaden your mind": participation and setting up of events; promotion tracking, etc.

Profile

You’ll be soon graduated (BAC + 5: Business School, Engineer School or University) and you are looking for an internship of 6 months (from January 2020 or asap).

You are an open mind person, with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills. You are animated by a real interest in Human Resources.

Your sense of service, your team spirit, and your rigor will be assets for this position.

 

A good level of English is essential, as a strong motivation .
