What you'll do
As a Contracts & On-Boarding Administrator you will deliver a quality and professional service to all customers providing contractual documentation changes and new hire contracts, along with providing advice via the telephone and email on all appropriate conditions of service matters relevant to transactional processes within the employment life cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees' data is entered into the HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, alongside resolving day to day customer service enquiries.
It will also be your responsibility to identify and escalate issues and incidents where necessary and contribute to the customer service delivery strategy together with supporting projects within the team when required, including but not limited to TUPE's and restructures within the business and general administration tasks.

HR administration skills
Excellent IT skills
Experience of working as part of a team
Previous experience/knowledge of SAP
Previous contractual knowledge - generating and issuing of contracts etc.

Our Kingswood office in Staffordshire is a custom built facility acting as a centre of support services for the business affording a great opportunity to build a strong internal network, as you carry out your day to day role, where there is potential for you to progress and develop further within your current and other functions.
