Position global description

You will be part of the Marketing Acquisition team (B2C) and will help in the implementation of on-line advertising actions aimed to recruit new members in Europe. You will be involved in the daily management of the recruitment in Germany, Austria and Poland, in charge of display (Facebook Ads) and affiliation channels.
An affiliation platform puts into relation a commercial website (advertiser that wishes to promote its products) with different media websites (affiliates that diffuse on-line advertising).

You will also be in charge of the identification and the implementation of new media partnerships with local actors in Germany and Poland (blogs, newsletters, content websites…).

Context and work environment

The Acquisition team includes seven people and is part of the International Marketing department. Therefore, most of your exchanges will be in English, internally with our local teams as well as externally with the partners.

The daily communication in affiliation is driven by the sales that are live on the website. Therefore, your missions will be 80% depending on the sales planning that is likely to change very often. This requires thus to be a reactive, flexible and rigorous person.

Generic communication on display requires a particular taste for analysis and a creative mind to address new messages linked to our brand and our business.

Job responsibilities

As a Junior Project Leader – Marketing Acquisition, you will be in charge of:

- The creation of the on-line communication contents that are published on the affiliates' websites (sales selection, banners messages, kit mails creation…);

- The identification and implementation of new local media partnerships: contract and price negotiations, media plan creation (creative, placement, timing…), performance monitoring;

- Our affiliation platform management in Germany, Austria and Poland :

o Responsibility of a dedicated budget with quantitative objectives in terms of members recruitment;
o Relationship with the account managers;
o Sending of all the advertising elements;
o Affiliates and previews validation;
o Performance monitoring;
o Pay-outs adjustment (CPL: cost per lead aka cost paid per new member recruited);
o Reporting creation.

- The generic display communication on Facebook in Germany, Austria and Poland:
o Responsibility of a dedicated budget with quantitative objectives in terms of members recruitment;
o Creative briefing;
o Campaigns' implementation;
o Daily analysis and optimization;
o Reporting creation.

- The management of projects that would help in the acquisition of new members: our communication tools improvement, AB test on vente-privee subscription forms, implementation of new tracking tools…

- The production and communication of international marketing reporting:

o Creation and optimization of analytical tools;
o Communication with the international teams on key figures;

Profil

Education and work experience

- You are currently a Business School student (Master degree), you are fluent in French and have an excellent level of English;
- You have a first experience in Web Marketing or in the Media industry;
- A first experience abroad would be a bonus;

Behavior skills

You are a reactive, flexible, rigorous, curious and autonomous person. You are proactive in suggesting new ideas, have strong interpersonal skills and particularly like team working.

Technical skills

You have a certain taste for figures and master Excel. You want to learn how to use online advertising tools on different markets and like to evolve in a demanding environment.
