Missions

Missions: You are the leader for VS OES in your Product Line ● You define the product strategy and you create the product roadmaps to fuel the 5 years MTP. ● You manage your projects with Product Groups R&D and you secure QCD deliverables. ● You support Operational Marketing in each region for local events, Order Intake and new launch Responsibilities: I. Develop Product Line Intelligence and Roadmaps You develop OES business intelligence with data and trend watch from Regional markets, Customers, PGs OEM and external surveys (market size, market shares, customer strategy and needs, competition offer) You identify with OES Regional Operations the customer planning for RFQ in OES programs / 2nd lines / All-Makes / Reman You identify opportunity for new products and you elaborate Business case You define Range targets and Technical specifications to meet customer/market demand You take make-or- buy decision with PGs Aftermarket and VS OES Trading manager You define Product roadmap and ensure with OES Regional Operations the integration in OES Customer Development Plans You liaise with VS Marketing ROMs and Boosters to provide product information, application catalogue and cross-lists where needed. II. Manage OES Product Projects You ensure CLEAN Valeo project standard in place with the support of VS OES CLEAN referent. You coordinate your projects and you animate working sessions with PGs to secure QCD You update project database and monthly KPIs and you escalate red alerts to CLEAN referent for adequate recovery plan definition. III. Support business development You contribute to Budget and 5 years MTP elaboration with product plan and roadmap You provide product line support to customer events organization (techdays, public fairs…) You provide product line support to Regional Operation Marketing activities for Order Intake, business launch and sales development (market background, product information, training material,...)

Fields of experience

Minimum 3 years in a technical/industrial environment
