Job Description
   Main objectives (according to Valeo Constant Innovation Policy)
Manages the project plan
- Ensures that the project documentation is in conformity with the project development methodology
- Prepares for PVC the end of phase review document with self-assessment
Manages the quality improvement plan :
- Defines the quality and reliability targets of the project
- Analyses the return of experience (REX) available for similar product or coming from reliability handbooks/databases
- Proposes axes of improvement on the basis of the REX
- Follows the integration of the quality aspects into the product-process design
Manages the SLI/R :
- Participates in the analysis of the project risks and in the follow-up of the action plan for risk mitigation
- Ensure each issue appearing during the development process is managed applying QRQC (real time, at the right management level and using logical thinking)
- Ensures complex issues are solved with the help of QRQC – PDCA – FTA
- Makes sure that tall the “issues” are well closed
Ensures SPPC tracking sheet shows consistency of documentation in terms of SPPC and contains the actions plan if not
Participates to the functional analysis, PHA and FMEA (design and process)
Animates and manages the quality contributors
Ensures traceability of the parts during the product assembly
Participates to the technical file audit
Supervises the controls during the realization of the Valeo representative batch (phase 3A)

Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the Project Team and control their application
